Elizabeth is a registered dietitian and earned her graduate degree from CSU Los Angeles. Prior to her current role in employee well-being programming, she had counseled patients including those with eating disorders, diabetes, and bariatric surgery. Elizabeth is also the Operational Director of Dietitians for Professional Integrity (DFPI), a proud, proud UC Santa Barbara alum (Go Gauchos!) and a self-proclaimed connoisseur of fine puns.
